THE CODE OF THE MAGI By. I.F. 1) Number (space-time-events-pattern) is destiny. Fire (father) of Gods and Man. 2) The nature of the universe is according to the reasons and proportions of numbers. 3) Choice is the steersman of your boat of life. Wrong choice, non-proporitonal, ill chosen means, wrong destiny or no destiny, leading to frustration, ignorance, hate and the entire negative breed of destroyers we see rampant in the society today. 4) Attention is the rudder. Without a trained, flexible, alert, aware and strong attention, one has to flounder in the miasmas and marshes of doubt, fears, and hesitations and circle helplessly in the dark of ignorance, greed, hatred, violence and disharmony. 5) Decision is the spark that ignites the motor of your boat of life. Untrained and unaware decision making places you directly at the mercy of the random negative currents of both outer circumstances and inner conflicting emotions, thoughts and needs. Only with a trained intelligent and coordinated decision making faculty can you guide yourself and yours out of the quicksand and quagmire of a destructively polarized ignorant and matter bound "culture." 6) Attention, choice and decision are then, 3 of the main tools to lead you to the healing goal of your true hearts desire. 7) Only with balance will the unbalanced forces perish in the void. Not until the Kingdom of Edom (the rein of unbalanced forces) in your thoughts and feelings are slain in your breast and mind. Peace. love, harmony and the satisfaction of your true needs will automatically be kept from you by your own unbalanced thinking, feeling and doing. 8) Attention, choice and decision are then your main focus of forces to create the proper tools for you to build the boat to steer you safely thru the turbulent chaos of emotion littered greed, ignorance dominated waters of every day living today. The complete retooling and reconstruction of our entire education system in the light of today's greatly different needs and conditions is a desparate and pressing necessity. 9) One must work consciously, scientifically and creatively at developing these skills: A) Attention without tension (able to see or hear a negative and let go of it.) B) Focused relaxation (when not doing anything being alert but relaxed like a cat, ready to spring into action.) C) Visualization without fixation (ideas and thoughts are tools and may be picked up and used when suitable and may be let go at will.) They are exceedingly difficult at attainment in the maelstorm of our day by day living --- but they can be attained, given regular systematic practice. They form a rainbow bridge of light from the higher spectrum of being through the mind --- into the different stabilized, aligned and prepared vehicles out into manifestation on the physcial plane. Meditations and aspirations bring down the enrgy of meaning and light and power into the aspirants field. If he does not consciously manifest and use them in service on the physical plane to those contacts in every day meetings then are his meditations worthless. A perfectly good light bulb that is not properly screwed into a perfectly good socket, upon turning the switch on, no light is seen and so the necessary work that needed the light is not done and the plan is then held back by that lack of function. OCCULTISM 1) If it is anything it is practical. It is not a pie-in the sky love all, emotional mush as indulged in by many well intentioned idealists and metaphysicians. Who by their foggy aims and methods without a clear, cool, trained and flexible mind of a true worker, in the web of condensed light we call matter, causes much more harm and damage in their daily relationships than the so called ignorant and evil personalities do in a lifetime. 2) The road to hell is not just paved with good intentions, hell itself is made of good intentions emotionally and compulsively applied to situations without the leavening wisdom of skills in action and wise cognizance of the proper phase and suitable place-time thing and relations necessary for the proper handling of the situation. 3) We all may have our enemies, but the Gods protect us from out well intentioned, idealistic and ignorant friends. They are the ones who can totally shatter us if we listen and follow their undigested and usually inappropriate and unbalanced advice. 4) Advice as it is usually given can be a most dangerous and destructive procedure. It is wise not to ask or seek advice from any person whose level of consciousness is below yours. Especially if he is totally mired in the personality and thinks he is a body and nothing else. 5) Things must be involuted before they can be evoluted. ENveloped --- before --- developed Information means building forms. Impressions --- Expression Inspiration --- Expiration
