THE PRIVATE LETTERS
FROM THE
MASTER I.F.
TO HIS STUDENTS

INTRODUCTION
"Cosmos Crafter" is a phrase coined by The Master I.F. to depict the Seeker on the Path who has reached the level of a beginning co-creator with the Lords of Light. This seeker is building, or crafting, his own "Cosmos," i.e., reality in congruence with the Natural Order of the Cosmos.
The cover drawing, reproduced from a drawing done by I.F.'s own hand, is uniquely relevant to the materials within. It shows the serpent of wisdom, the symbol for the regeneration which each seeker must undergo. Upon the serpent are the alchemical symbols of transmutation, the holy tettracytes of Pythagoras, the Alpha and Omega of all processes, the Yin and Yang energies, and the sacred triangle of pulsating involution/evolution.
REALIZATION
Dear Cosmos Crafter:
Realization and all that it implies, is one of our major goals in life. If we are to understand life and death, we must understand time. If we are to understand the self, we must surrender all ownership of likes and dislikes. Above all, we must want with our whole heart and mind to know what is, and this entails surrendering all previous ideas we have about it, all images, all views, etc., for these cause trauma and give direct rise to all our suffering.
We want freedom from poverty, from suffering, from disease and death. Freedom from something at all times. It is our want for freedom that causes us to react. WE WANT FREEDOM FROM SOMETHING. If we examine this concept carefully, we observe that this sort of freedom is not freedom at all. Any reaction is forever tied to its cause and all bonds are a lack of freedom. To be free, one must act, there cannot be any reaction.
Dear Cosmos Crafter:
There is no direct, easy, or instant road to Realization. The truth, if one is to accept it, is that there is no path, save that which each one of us alone creates.
The word "intelligence" is made of two Latin words -- "inter," which means between, and "lige" meaning line. Therefore, the world intelligence means TO SEE BETWEEN THE LINES -- that is, to be able to see what is actually happening around oneself rather than to be caught up in one's hopes, wishes and desires; to be able to see what is actually happening in any given situation without becoming entangled in its symbolic representations.

Any time you get emotional (agitated motion) about anything, you trigger off your subconscious mind to take you over, push you back into the past, and make you a complete robot totally run by images, concepts, thoughts, and memories and evaluations from the past -- most often having NO relevance to proper function in the here-now of the present.
You will not SEE what is...
You will not HEAR what is...
You will not TASTE what is...
You will not FEEL what is...
You will not SMELL what is...
Hence, the input data from your environment will be incorrect and foggy -- your mind then uses this data to evaluate from -- which is thus wrong.

Mind is only the mental instrument through which the consciousness of the Real Man finds expression through the function of concrete ideas from thought-forms in the mental world. These thought-forms, in turn, find expression through the mechanism of the brain. Man is, therefore, not a mortal because he is neither merely a human-animal nor its personal mind, nor does he cease to exist when he withdraws from his physical instrument at death.
The Real Man is essentially a divine, Spiritual Being, an emanation of the Universal Causeless Cause, an individualized Ray of the Universal Cosmic Spirit, which men call God; an immortal soul trying to express through a mortal body.
Dear Cosmos Crafter:
It is an axiom in Hermetics that everything COMES FROM THE UNSEEN, FROM THE ABSTRACT TO THE CONCRETE. These abstractions become more and more concrete as they approach our plane of existence; until they finally phenomenalize in the forms of the material universe, by a process of conversion strictly analogous to that by which steam can be condensed into water, and water frozen into ice.
A part of man's purpose in life is to:
(a) Spiritualize Matter (raise its vibrations)
(b) Materialize Spirit - its Purpose, Plan, Patterns, and Power into the forms which it animates
This gradual materialization of the Universal Pattern-Seed is called UNIVERSAL LAW.

SPIRITUALIZING MATTER: Since man is a Spiritual Being, the radiations of both his consciousness and his spiritual body have a far higher rate of vibration than the matter composing his physical body. Hence, all the matter composing all his bodies receives the vibration of his spiritual rate of expression, this raises him to a total higher rate of vibration, and tends to spiritualize him to that degree. Thus does man uplift or degrade everything he contacts according to whether his vibrations are spiritual and constructive, or whether he has lowered them to destructive rates. True Alchemy is really a Science of Raising Vibrations.

When in a tough situation which seems to defy all efforts at solution, first realize there is never a problem without a solution, then look for the key to the situation. What created the problem? Was it carelessness, self-indulgence, extravagance, lack of will power, inability to say no, desire for what you were better off without? Look with an open mind and you will find the key to a badly needed lesson. Every negative situation is but the outcome or result of a fault we have refused to admit and a lesson we have refused to learn. Once this can be seen and faced and something done about it, the problem will begin to solve itself.

There is the greatest need today for mental control and clarity. A large percentage of the psychological ills from which we suffer, apparently arising from emotional causes, are in reality due to mental confusion and the negative use of the imagination. The worldwide epidemic of FEAR which is at the root of our misery and tension, is not an emotional disease but a mental one. Where its effects are largely emotional, its causes are in the mind. Fear is primarily a dictation of the mind. To control the emotional reactions with which we afflict ourselves, the body must be relaxed and strong, and the mind must be clear and under control
.

In dealing with the mind we must first recognize the negative conditions of the mental confusion in which we live. At no time in history has man been faced with such need for mental training and control. Due to our modern inventions we are continually being bombarded from all sides by every known brand of propaganda, political and commercial, on the air, in print or by word of mouth. All attempt to influence by fear -- fear of future insecurity, political fear, fear or lack. They are all trying to sell us something by counting on our lack of clear thinking and our inability to think for ourselves.

If the body needs rest from physical exertion and tension, how much more does the mind need relaxation from the strain of concentration on work, to say nothing of the nagging thoughts and anxieties which race unceasingly through it. The fuel on which the mind runs is physical energy. A negative, uncontrolled use of the mind depletes the vitality and leaves the body and nerves exhausted. If you would conserve your energy you must learn how to shut off at will that swirling stream of negative thoughts which today pollutes the mind-power of the world. Since mental images tend to have a directive power, control over the mind is very essential.

(1)Once men were effective motors. Now, most of them are phonographs, or talking machines.
(2)We have talking reformers, talking advisors, and talking executives -- all telling us what ought to be done; yet none are aware or congruent of the true Natural Order of Cosmos (God).
(3) There are only three fields of work:
(a)Making, creating, and handling things
(b)Using words
(c)Leading and directing people
(4)We have created miracles in things and processes. But man has wrought no great transforming change within himself for thousands of years. This is our deepest need and most serious problem.

The only lasting and efficient way to check fear and egotism is to gain control of the mind. The first step to control is through physical and mental coordination, the alignment of the physical and mental energies. Where the body is comparatively easy to train, the emotions a little more difficult to handle and direct, the mind is by far the most unmanageable of the three faculties of the personality. Many will devote time and persevering effort to building the strength of the body and gaining emotional equilibrium while remaining unaware of their lack of mental control. Physical and emotional alignment, however, is practically useless unless the mind is trained to become the guiding agent.

It is a strange war, the strangest war of all. The one man must fight without fighting. First if he opposes ignorance with an impulse of the will, his Realization will fade away and he is left helpless. His victory must be in the simple fact of knowing, which scatters the ghosts opposing him. There is no true struggle or warfare between Light and Darkness. When Light comes, darkness fades away. Man wins by the STEADFASTNESS of his Light. His victory is a gentle becoming of Truth. Shadows and unrealities have no power except that which is bestowed upon them by ignorance. As ignorance ceases, the adversary is left powerless. All vanish in the presence of the knower.

The disciple must understand this without falling into further error. His Realization of the unreality of the mundane order of life must not lead him into the illusion of denial. Thoughts cannot be destroyed by denying their existence, or by refusing to accept them. There is not sufficient strength or courage in any man to impel him to think down the thoughts of the world. This is why so many reformers fail. They impose one thought with another. They try to impose an intellectual formula upon an intellectual chaos, their formula is torn to pieces by the mind of the world that can be conquered by Realization alone. In the presence of Wisdom, the world-mind is powerless.

Realization and all that it implies is what the Tarot is about. If we are to understand life and death, we must understand Time. If we are to understand the self, we must surrender all ownership of likes and dislikes. Likes/dislikes will automatically:
(a) Push you into the past
(b) Waste your energy, time and attention
(c) De-tune your from what IS now
(d)Make you blind, deaf, dumb, and out of it when handling the NOW

From the Temple of Isis in Ancient Egypt:
The pyramid has been broken open; the square has been laid bare; the triangle points upward; the circle will now begin to operate?
What is occult philosophy? Is it a science?
Philosophy itself is not faith, not dogma, but rather search and aspiration for Wisdom and knowledge.
Science rests upon the accumulation and verification of facts, and this is a process which induces Wisdom and creates knowledge.
Any philosophy is built upon consciously developed conceptions of the human mind. Occultism is man's clutch at a superior universe containing both sensual and superorganic beings. All philosophy contributes to science and religion.

Symbolization is the foundation underlying any occult mastery of the Laws of Being. No purely abstract knowledge of nature, God, or man can exist. But nature as a mother, a reservoir or a force; God as a father, a fire or a voice; and man as a cosmic pattern, an animal or a divinity, all approach understanding. Abstract truth can only become known through a reflex growth of ideation in the mind. This follows development of related contrasting and contributing symbols each capable of sensual proof and objective reality.
Any faculty may be developed to its ninth degree. Such a process is that expansion of consciousness which in occultism is known as Initiation and which is neither miraculous nor mysterious.
Esoterism: Building a good map of any place which is true to the territory. Exoterism: Is taking the actual journey into the unknown territory and verifying the map by experience.

The principal fruitage of confusion in the occult philosophy field is the lowering ethical standards of which exaggeration and deliberate misrepresentation are minor and unimportant phases. The decreasing regard for ideals and scrupulous accuracy in statement and writing is a condition dangerous beyond pleasant description.
Occult principles are specialized for the achievement of money, honors, detachment from obligation, health without cessation, of self-indulgence, and for every conceivable selfish purpose. There is also a hazy, nebulous, dangerous use of words with no referent, and tremendous emotional attachment therein. This, of course, must create a large strata of insanity and emotional frustration.
There are, however, two ancient and legitimate purposes for occult study:
(1)One, that the seeker may understand himself better in body, mind and consciousness
(2)Also, that the seeker may understand the world better in its nature, constitution and evolution

The seeker taught to know himself and to know the world better is then better fitted as a disciple of the Christos whether the designation pleases him or not. The seeker must swim far into the ocean of metaphysics or else remain discontent and unillumined with the flotsam and jetsam tossed here and there in the froth of waves at the shore.
There are seven foundation doctrines in basic occultism:
(1)DOCTRINE OF THE MICROCOSM - "As above, so below"
(2)DOCTRINE OF INITIATION - or special training of human beings to fit them for spiritual or superphysical responsibilities
(3)DOCTRINE OF THE TRANSMUTATION - or the continuity and indestructibility of matter
(4)DOCTRINE OF KARMA - what you give out you get back
(5)DOCTRINE OF OPERATIVE MAGIC - bringing the higher into the lower
(6)DOCTRINE OF REINCARNATION - continuity of life
(7)DOCTRINE OF ILLUMINATION - while yet in the flesh, a man may attain to a complete knowledge of the spiritual, while yet incarnate
Dear Cosmos Crafter:
I'd like to reiterate some root basics that will re-shape your entire life.
(1)First, you must lose all your hopes and fears.
(2)Then, lose all your likes and dislikes.
(3)Then, lose all your imaginary sufferings.
The above three things waste energy, detune your nervous system, and impair the ability to think clearly, calmly and effectively.
Then, train/teach/build into your structure of life, daily:
(a)Attention without tension
(b)Focused relaxation
(c)Visualization without fixation
And, on a gradient scale, little by little, learn to apply:
NON-REACTIONARISM = A MASTER KEY TO SANITY

Conscious understanding makes man a responsible citizen in his sphere of life. Through the throat (Daath) he becomes divine and may even call life into being by the spoken word.
Through the throat man can become diabolical and call the denizens of Hell into manifestation to destroy him and his surroundings.
In the word and voice lie the great constructive/destructive forces of the entire universe.
Awareness and control of your speech/imagination/thought must first be attained before it is at all possible to control and master your environment, and all your life activities.

Truth must be sought in balance -- not in unbalance. The natural impulses by their frantic searching lead not to truth, but to the compounding of error.
Realization should not result in any visible emotional reflex. There should be neither pain nor ecstasy. Rather, there should be an increasing placidity visible as an intangible kind of strength, a strength without force, power without strain, and activity without stress.
Realization, a delicate plant, cannot survive any immoderate mental or emotional complexity. When the disciple has lost his poise, he has lost Realization.

A flowing of understanding into action as Truth within the individual is released through Realization. Practice the disciplines of the LAW. Know the LAW in the model of your thinking. Feel the LAW in the quality and directing of your emotions. Express the LAW through the rhythm and coordination of your actions.
The word Illumination means inward enlightenment. It is a kind of dawning within the Self, the beginning of a greater Light - the Aurora that Jacob Boehme, the great mystic wrote about.
Illumination, simply, is a process of awakening...of opening one's eyes, of lifting another veil, opening another door.

Realization is a gradual extension of universal energy through the personality of the human being.
Also, we learn that to become enlightened we must identify the personal consciousness with this universal force; then we may participate consciously in it and be moved by it as it moves through us. Wherever there is a point of contact between personal consciousness and universal consciousness, there is an extension of the personal consciousness.
This extension is properly called Illumination. As two electric wires brought together will produce a spark at the point of the junction, so the meeting of the lesser and the greater selves always is accompanied by a temporary expansion of the lesser self.

To the earnest student, the desire for illumination may become a serious handicap. If you are too conscious of the ends you desire, you may become calloused to the means by which you hope to achieve those ends. To exist from day to day longing to be illuminated is to fall almost certainly into the illusions of wishful thinking.
It has been pointed out that tension and effort are detrimental to spiritual progress.
For true seekers, "All things in good time." Without undue haste, and without undue delay, without regret, and without anxiety. The mind established in Wisdom flows toward the real illumination as natural as life itself.

Most of us want to be free, yet we feel bound and tied to various situations. Our desire for freedom is a reaction to our bondage, which is also a truth. We want freedom from poverty, from suffering, from disease and death, and our want for freedom is always a reaction: We want FREEDOM FROM SOMETHING.
If we examine this concept carefully, we observe that this sort of freedom is not freedom at all. Any reaction is forever tied to its cause and all bonds are a lack of freedom. To be free, one must act; there cannot be any reaction. Most people react (respond automatically) to any and every situation this is complete slavery.

We who have grown up should learn to understand and feel the meaning of words so that we do not throw terrifying words at ourselves and others, especially young children. For instance, take the words: "ghastly," "ruined," "terrible," "horrible," "fearsome," "frightful," etc. Have you ever felt the meaning of these words when you say them? We learn to condition ourselves with the spoken word, we respond to the spoken word. We listen to the spoken word and what a heartache some of these words create. We think with words, we define our problems with words, we scandalize with words, we praise with words.
Wrong words and poor definitions not only destroy our outer life, but decay our consciousness.

We all travel different roads to perfection. The great purpose of creation seems to be individualization If the Great Designer had meant that all should express the lines of the same mold, then the perfection of monotony would prevail. The place and period of perfection is Here and Now, and its distant seeming is but the mirage to lure us to effort, by creating unrest and dissatisfaction with the present attainment.
Because we are cowardly and weak, our faces are turned away from God. But where shall we find Him? Look yourself squarely in the face. Search out your offspring (your acts) and see what you have created.

God viewed in your mirror is a monstrosity, if given to hatred, violence and ignorance.
The power and influence of a word, which is a symbol of thought, in its action and reaction is beyond calculation.
"In the beginning was the Word," that is, The Word is the beginning of expression or manifestation which is synonymous with "Creation." The word is the seed from which all things are produced.
The psychological influence of a man's words upon himself, too often unconsidered, is enormous. In fact, they are his creator.
He who thinks a deep thought impregnates every atom and cell of his body with its pattern. For a time it reconstructs and rearranges the atoms of soul and body, creating or destroying.

The Building, the Christ Spirit, the Word (the SEED) poured out from the Father into the womb of Chaos, the primitive Mother. "In the beginning was the word (seed) and the Word was with God (the seed was with Love) and the Word was God (the seed was love.)" This is in harmony with Nature, as we know her Laws and operation. The Seed of Creation was the first call of a geometrically progressive series in Nature, for nothing is made, all things grow. The Word is prolific; the parent of progress, of art, of literature, of ideas, the beginning of speech, the center from which flows all external manifestation. The Word or seed is a universal spirit, the life and light of it becomes flesh (manifest) in you and me.

The story of Creation has an occult meaning which refers to the creation of man's immortal nature by himself, for man is immortal only by his own acts.
The command, "Let there be Light," is the first creative act -- the focusing of magnetism to a center -- a sun, the visible center of a physical universe. Occult, the "light" is the intellect of man, the beginning of system and order; and spiritually the "light" is Wisdom. The sun is a center around which worlds revolve; the medium through which creative spirit is poured forth to give life and energy to its system of words. The mind is the sun of the ego -- the soul; through it the soul out of its fullness pours in all directions -- somewhat like a rotary water sprinkler functions.

Our lives are chiefly automatic obedience to habits inherited, or engendered and fostered by the passions, and the little will we manifest is mainly employed in business or pleasure. The Christos (Higher Awareness) cannot abide in the turmoil of anxiety, the whirl of passion and activity, or in the breast of a slave; and every man ruled by habit, OR WHO IS UNDER ANY OTHER DOMINATION, is not free. All violent vibrations are harsh and destructive; creative power is not the result of such vibrations. It is due to the softer, finer, and therefore, more far-reaching and rapid ones. The still, warm sunlight; deep, silent waters; the quiet night, the secret vibrations of the earth are all profiles of life unknown to man -- beings of an hour or an age. ANGER AND DISGUST BURDEN THE THOUGHT WITH POISONOUS EMANATIONS, WHICH POLLUTE BOTH THE THINKER AND THAT WHICH IS THOUGHT.

From the normal womb children are born, creating the family which in expansion, is society and the nation, and the perpetuation of the race.
But, small, mean, collapsed souls that hunger and thirst for wealth, dominion and praise are abnormal wombs that breed disease, crime and disintegration, larvae of the soul, still infused with life.
To think anything is to draw its vital life, according to our thought of it, into our being. We are made up of the lower orders of life, whose spirits, coalescing in the higher order, are lost in man, as the bubbles break and are lost in the moving waters of the great deep. Peace, poise, and quiet, steady, and serene minds are the roots from which grow splendid, successful and useful life.

For the rest of this year, work slowly, calmly, coolly, and consciously at filtering and changing your habitual speech patterns -- to wit -- speech that is:
(a)Rushed and hard (unconscious)
(b)Forced and impatient
(c)Caustic and irritated
(d)Resentful
(e)Judgmental and opinionated
(f)Worried and anxious
(g)Doubtful and angry
(h)A non-sequitur (very important)
(i)Reactive and hurried
(j)TOO RAPID AND UNAWARE of the listener's state, etc., etc.
LESSEN/ELIMINATE ON A GRADIENT SCALE: REPLACE WITH SLOW, SOFT, CALM, NON-REACTIVE, CONSCIOUS, AND MEASURED SPEECH CONGRUENT TO THE LAWS AND THE PRESENT SITUATION.

From the minute geometric patterns of the atom, the snowflake, the man, the flower, the mineral, the animal, the world, galaxy and super-galaxy -- all emerge from the Invisible Infinite Intelligence we call the Universal Mind, go through a cycle of manifestation, then disappear again. The reality (real essence) of any manifestation is outside of space/time and its visible form, is ALWAYS CHANGING.
The Real Man is not a mortal but a patterned immortal structure outside of the physical universe. In his essence he is an Immortal and must begin to identify himself with the Primary Patterns and Purposes outside of the time/space matrix of visibility.

BASIC CONCEPT I: Nothing ever happens -- Everything manifests according to the Law of Cause and Effect; according to Law and Order; according to Orderly Trend and Logical Sequence.
BASIC CONCEPT II: Planned Creation -- Everywhere in Nature we see around us plan, purpose, design, and the will to manifest, from the geometrical form of the snowflake to the formation of solar system or a universe.
BASIC CONCEPT III: Evolution from within -- Everything that we see in the manifested universe has already existed in itself in the super-physical world before it materialized.
BASIC CONCEPT IV: Physical appearance temporary.
BASIC CONCEPT V: Pre-existence before physical appearance
BASIC CONCEPT VI: The Grand Plan -- All takes place according to a conscious purpose and plan which we must ferret out.
BASIC CONCEPT VII: Primary patterns -- Real man exists outside of time and space.

Wisdom and Understanding are the right and left hands of God that have to be found, built, perceived and finally used intelligently in our everyday lives.
By Wisdom, we mean Chokmah (Divine Energy and its right use); by Understanding we mean structuralization of knowledge.
These two gems from the Natural Order of Cosmos we call God, must be used daily for a healthy, happy, sane and prosperous life.
Wisdom can also be defined as:
(a)Skill in action
(b)The right thing in the right place at the right time
(c)The correct and measured use of energy
(d)Patience, peace, poise in action expressed as word, emotion and doing

APPRENTICE WHITE MAGICIAN (A.W.M.) LEVEL ALPHA I
Magic is the price that has been paid -- it is ridiculously simple, but not easy.
In true Ritual Magic, we deal with symbols, which are the Currency of Consciousness. We use them as a bridge/link between different levels of awareness. The Realization that we could take absolutely any symbol or image at all and make it magical is a very highly important reachment of Initiated Awareness. Any and every commonplace and ordinary thing in daily life can be Made into Magic.

The sense of touch is a very fine one. Through it, we receive a richer appreciation of life. If you are holding something, just touch it with the other hand. Feel it. Then press harder and you will see that the harder you press, the less you can feel. As below, so above. Your discernment diminishes when you begin to press hard. Our sensitivity to what is really going on, our ability to cope with any situation, diminishes in direct proportion to the pressure which we attempt to apply to it. We cannot tell what is going on when we are trying to shove things into right relationship. We can only really discern, our sensitivity can only awaken, as "lightly we go." This, then applies on both levels, above and below. Every law of biology is a representation on the physical plane of some law of mental action, and vice versa.

(1)Self-control, in most instances, seems to be the power to regulate and organize your magnetic field in a proper manner.
(2)Vibration protects, not only by an aggressive out-motion of itself, but also by qualitative integration.
(3)The individual in whose nature it is almost impossible to set a negative factor into motion/operation, will not be subject to very many of the ills of life.
(4)The individual in difficulties has nearly always betrayed himself. He has created within himself some area of weakness by which he opened the door to negative conditions around him. His gullibility caused him to accept that which was not reasonable or true.
(5)In almost every instance where a person is in trouble, he has in some way opened himself to that trouble by some action of his own. He has lost control of his own energy field. He has allowed it to be breached, like the wall of a fortress, and once the breach is open, he is then in danger of a complete and total invasion.

(1)Every psychological mood is of itself a rate of vibration, and every psychological image, including a dream image, is also a vibratory entity; and every vibratory entity comes into existence around a core or center of conditioned energy.
(2)The moment we become afraid of anything, our vibratory energy is reduced because we become afraid...then our defenses begin to crumble.
(3)Fear causes that which we fear to come upon one.
(4)The most common way we can get into trouble is to allow ourselves to become afraid; this usually happens through ignorance and unawareness of energy function and our present level of energy.
(5)In psychic problems, there is always a fear factor due to the unknown.
(6)It has not occurred to us that the unknown is actually one name for God. We always tend to associate it with mystery or terror.

(1)Actually, we are living in a universe of Immutable Laws, whether we know them or not, the unknown is just as lawful as the known; but we have to believe this, and somebody has to shatter our belief in order to hurt us.
(2)If one is no longer able to have faith in those values which are real, he opens himself up to the influence of the unreal (darkness, fear, doubt, misery, ignorance and worry).
(3)When a person becomes afraid of anything, an image of terror rises before him; immediately he begins to abdicate leadership over his own life.
(4)In a little while, imagination steps in and endows the evil condition (or sorcerer) with every power conceivable, until the victim actually bewitches himself.
(5)This imaged fear (of anything) then lowers the energy of his protective aura, and all the lower frequencies of the race subconscious mind rush into him and pollute his whole body.

(1)He creates an image of his adversary within his own consciousness, endows this adversary with every attribute of Svengali and Dracula, and proceeds to be frightened out of his wits. He then resonates (tunes) to the fear vibrations around him, and has himself opened the doors of "evil" (wrong tuning) opening himself up to the influence of the unreal (darkness, fear, doubt, misery, ignorance and worry).
(2)Such persecution is possible only because it consists of a subjective domination by a pattern set up within the victim; a subconscious situation in which the victim has gradually built up a negative controlling factor.
(3)Types of energy exchange do exist and can have constructive value, but for the most part, the individual's energy field is up to himself to take care of. It is up to him to protect it in every possible way, realizing that it is his protection and not only against physical problems, but also against the invasion of the mass-mind. This idea of protection, is particularly important to us.
